All classes are held in a real chocolate factory...

All of our classes are directed by chef Geert Renmans himself. He will share with you his years of experience and some pratical tips. No secrets will be kept from you…

We have 3 different classes:

1) Chocolate Introduction

Always wondered where chocolate comes from? How do you make chocolate? How to taste chocolate and store it? We will also put our hands “in the chocolate” and create some easy quick desserts. The focus will be on simple easy recipes based on ingredients we find here in local supermarkets.

And as a bonus you take some chocolate desserts back home, together with the recipes and some extra chocolate to keep on practicing.

Duration: 3 1⁄2 to 4 hours
Cost: $110

2) Belgian Chocolates 

Here we will share with you the Belgian way of making chocolates. This class is hands on the whole way and you will make 12 different flavored Belgian chocolates. You will take your own creations back home in a nice box to show off to your friends and loved ones.

Duration: 4 1⁄2 to 5 hours

 

3) Chocolate Pastry and Seasonal Specials

We will focus on the holidays and chocolate pastry. From making Christmas inspired chocolates to delicious and sinful chocolate mousse… Here we will take more time to tackle problems encountered at home when creating desserts. This class is a bit more in depth and for the experienced amateur chef.
